1. Service Description

MyJobPilot is a free, AI-powered job search assistant that helps you evaluate job offers, optimize your resume, track applications, and discover new opportunities. The service is provided as-is with no guarantees of availability or accuracy.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use the platform for legitimate job search activities only
  • Do not submit fraudulent or misleading information
  • Do not attempt to abuse rate limits or automated scanning features
  • Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access other users' data

4. AI Evaluations

AI-generated scores, recommendations, and analyses are advisory only. They should inform but not replace your own judgment about job fit. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI evaluations or their relevance to any specific hiring process.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you submit (resumes, cover letters, profiles). We do not claim any rights to your personal data. Anonymized, aggregated analytics may be used to improve the service.

6. Advertisements

The service is supported by advertisements (Google AdSense). Ad content is provided by third parties and does not constitute an endorsement by MyJobPilot.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyJobPilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI evaluations, missed job opportunities, or any damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all your data from our systems.
